A week of gut healthy miso soup (7 soups) with Sankyodai Hikiwari Natto 即席納豆味噌汁
Our Sankyodai Natto Miso Soup comes in one package containing 7 miso soups of the same kind, with one serving of natto in each soup. We freeze dried Sankyodai natto when fermentation and umami flavors are at their peak to make the miso soups. For each soup, we make a special blend of red and white organic miso, ensuring a unique flavor profile for each. We do not make hikiwari but put a whole natto bean to enjoy the natto bean texture.
To prepare, place the miso soup mix in a bowl, pour 200ml-250ml of boiling water and mix for a few minutes before serving. This order comes with one type of miso soup, and you can choose from three options: wakame and organic tofu, kimchi and okra with chives, or mushrooms (shiitake, enoki, shimeji, nameko and other kinds of mushrooms). All our soups are hand-processed to ensure the highest quality.
