Detox Iron Burdock Tea (Hand Made)— 鉄ゴボウ茶

(Increased the amount!) some in a mug cup, pour boiling water, and steep for about 5 -7 minutes.  The burdock was cooked on an iron pan to absorb iron and dried slowly at a low temperature for days.  Enjoy the sweetness and earthy flavor.  You can eat the root at the end!

（増量しました！）マグカップにひとつまみを入れて、熱湯を注いて５-7分ほど待って召し上がってください。鉄板で炒めて低温で数日かけて乾かしたほんのり甘い香りのゴボウのデトックス茶です。鍋で煮立たせても大丈夫です。残りは食べられます。
